CER Committee

The CER Committee is an ethical control organ, composed of trusted members of the community volunteering to make sure the CER Operations team follows the principles of the Commons Economy; it also exists to guarantee a degree of decentralization, which is the ultimate goal of CER.

Nena Jain

Regeneration and ReFi

Nena Jain is an eco-feminist whose interests and focus lie in connecting the dots between data, gender, and climate to build an equitable, regenerative future. She has previously worked in the SRHR sector as an activist and menstrual product designer. When not working, she is either frantically collecting books or watching cooking videos on her phone.

Nicolas Franka

Monetary Diversity and CoFi

Economist, social entrepreneur, and educator specializing in complementary currencies and monetary reform. With over a decade of experience, he has worked with NGOs, advised regional and complementary currency systems across Europe and Africa, and contributed to reports for the Walloon government and the European Parliament.

Clara Gromaches

Distributed Mutualism

Architect and housing activist working in the intersection of regenerative architecture, collective housing and technology projects, to leverage the power self-organization and blockchain to replicate networks of rural housing commons. She works as a consultant through her practice ACT3, is part of the Operations team at dOrg, and is a visitor professor at University of Girona (Spain).

Victoria Kozlova

Intersectional Justice

With an academic background in sociolinguistics and gender studies, Vika currently is the UI/UX Design and Research Lead at the WID3+ Consortium. Funded by the European Commission (NGI Trustchain), they have been exploring the decentralized identity management by bridging Web2 credentials with Web3 opportunities. Beyond creating user-centric designs, Vika is committed to addressing gender imbalance and challenging neo-colonial narratives within the tech landscape.
